Step 1. Click on the drop-down menu and select "Account Settings"

Step 3. Scroll down to the "Your Buyers" section and click edit on the "Blocked Buyer List"
Step 4. In the text box provided, enter the buyer's username you wish to block. Then click "Submit" to save the changes.
