We’ve rolled out a new set of improvements and fixes to make your experience smoother and more reliable across Vendoo.
Here’s what’s new:
⚙️ Features & Improvements
Poshmark
Smart Sell is now supported directly within Vendoo, making it easier to manage and optimize your listings. Sellers can enable this feature for each desired item, allowing the tool to auto-accept, counter-offer, or ignore incoming offers based on a defined lowest acceptable price.
Mercari
Shipping options and costs have been updated to reflect their latest promotions.
Tags and color fields have been removed from the listing form as they are no longer supported by Mercari.
Status Page
Moved the link to a more visible location so you can easily stay up to date with Vendoo’s status You can now find it in the drop-down menu of the top right corner of your Vendoo profile, along with Vendoo's Help Center.
Import & Merge
Duplicate detection has been improved when importing items from multiple marketplaces, making this process more seamless for Vendoo users.
Sharing
Error messages in the Marketplace Sharing tool have been enhanced to help you better understand and resolve issues.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Marketplace Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was preventing Mercari sizes from loading.
- Resolved some Etsy connectivity and listing problems.
- Patched a bug preventing Poshmark sales from being detected.
- Addressed listing issues with Vestiaire Collective.
General Fixes
- Addressed a problem where random SKUs were being generated in the SKU field.
- Resolved a case where items were incorrectly marked as “Delisted” while still active on marketplaces.
Sharing
Corrected an issue affecting Poshmark sharing. You can now share your items normally to increase their visibility with potential buyers.
Mobile App
A new version has been released with multiple bug fixes and performance improvements, including app crashes.
🔜 What’s Coming Next
We’re continuing to work on improvements to make Vendoo even more reliable and efficient. Below are some of the updates currently in progress that we expect to release in the upcoming weeks.
Etsy Sale Detection
As part of our ongoing improvements, we’re expanding our Sale Detection feature to include Etsy. With this update, Vendoo will automatically detect sales made on Etsy and delist the item from your other marketplaces, helping prevent overselling.
Mercari & Depop API Connection
We’ve been listening to your feedback, and after several months of development, we’ve built a new direct API integration for Mercari & Depop that no longer relies on the Vendoo extension.
Some users have already been testing this integration, and we’ve seen a significant reduction in disconnections, listing issues, and other common errors, resulting in a more seamless and reliable experience overall.
