Vendoo’s Updates & Improvements New Features
We just launched a major money-maker feature
- Marketplace Sharing: Vendoo’s “Pro Tools” section got a major upgrade with Marketplace Sharing. You no longer need to pay for additional tools to share your Poshmark or Depop inventory. You can now share your Poshmark closet manually in bulk or on an automatic schedule through Vendoo. You can also refresh your Depop listings in the same way. Finally, Vendoo is excited to be the first to market when it comes to being able to bump your Grailed listings in bulk or automatically as well.
📣 Poshmark closet sharing is a huge part of making sales on that platform making it a unique place to sell but you no longer have to do these tasks manually or open a second app to do so. Additionally, refreshing on Depop and bumping items on Grailed has also shown to have a positive impact on your sales. Learn more here!
- NEW Advanced Filters: Get ready to power-search your inventory with Vendoo. You now have more control than ever over your searched! Vendoo’s improvement to advanced filters makes searching smarter. You can now search by price range, brand, and category. You’ll send less time searching and more time selling. 🤑
Improvements
Our team has been working hard to enhance Vendoo for an even better experience:
- Sharing Feature: The sharing feature has been released to a small team of beta testers in advance and we just made some updates such as adding a dropdown to select specific scheduling minutes (00, 15, 30, 45) and improved the “share now” feature so that it triggers immediately when executed.
- Grailed Field: Added the new “where was your item made” field.
- Bulk Delist/Relist Protection For Poshmark: We've added a tool-tip note about Poshmark items that can be bulk relisted without issues (over 60 days) to our bulk editing tool. Please also still be mindful of your ratio of truly new listings to relistings on this marketplace per month to avoid suspension.
Take A Look At Vendoo’s Bug Fixes
- Sharing Feature
- Issue causing the sharing process to get “stuck” has been resolved for beta users.
- Etsy
- Improvements to the Etsy listing process have been released to reduce errors and minimize the need to revisit listings after posting.
- Vestiaire Collective
- We’ve fixed the issue that caused images to appear in random order.
- Shopify and eBay:
- The relisting issues that occurred after changing your eBay or Shopify username has been taken care of.
- Vinted:
- We’ve addressed the problem that was causing Vinted to disconnect from Vendoo repeatedly. Also, corrected some issues affecting the importing process.
- Mercari:
- All importing issues have been addressed.
- Depop:
- The size field is now being imported correctly.

Poshmark Makes Major Change To Relisting Policy
In May, Poshmark released a vaguely worded new policy to prevent “excessive” delisting and relisting. While they clarified they only meant relisting items earlier than 60 days, we see many reports of users getting suspended for delisting too many sold items at once or too many older-item relists within a month where they had too few brand new listings. Vendoo will continue to monitor this issue and come up with additional ways to keep our users safe.
