We wrapped up Q3 on a high note and couldn't be more thrilled to share the exciting milestones! From rolling out major features like Bulk Actions to implementing exciting improvements and fixes, we’ve been working hard to make your experience smoother and more powerful. And the best part? Vendoo’s Updates & Improvements

New Features

We launched a game-changing feature this quarter:

• Bulk Actions: With Vendoo’s new and improved bulk actions, you can now Bulk Copy, Bulk List, Bulk Mark as Sold, and Bulk Delete your items. Plus, we increased the limit for all bulk actions to 240 items at once. This means you can Delist & Relist hundreds of items at once!

🤫 Have you heard? Vendoo is currently testing a Send Offers feature! Join the waitlist to be notified when it is available! 

Improvements

Our team has been working hard to enhance Vendoo for an even better experience:

• Sale Date Display: When an item is sold, the sale date will now appear right below the marketplace logo, allowing you to view it quickly and easily at a glance.
• Delisting Poshmark Items with Active Offers: Items with active offers on Poshmark are now automatically delisted when a sale is detected on other marketplaces.
• Mercari Listing Improvements: We've resolved the issues that were preventing listings on Mercari after recent changes to their website.

Take A Look At Vendoo’s Bug Fixes

• eBay 

  • Resolved an error message that appeared when the optional field “Store Category” was empty.  

• Depop 

  • Fixed the error that prevented delisting items on the mobile app.

• Shopify  

• • Resolved a syncing issue that prevented active items from transferring to Vendoo.

• Vinted UK    

  • Solved an issue where certain fields were missing when importing items.

• Whatnot  

• Resolved an issue where the image format was being altered when publishing listings.

• Addressed the issue that caused the listing process to fail for all categories under “Collectible Coins & Currency.”

General Fixes:

• Addressed the issue where an error message would appear after marking an item as sold, even when the brand field was not required for the listing.

• General enhancements and improvements.

Spotlight Series: Community Updates

New Tax Update for Vendoo Subscriptions

This month, we implemented an important update to our Vendoo subscription service. As of September 1, we are legally required to charge applicable state sales tax in select states. This means that subscription prices may now include the appropriate state sales tax. You can learn more about how sales tax applies to your state here.

Poshmark’s New Marketplace Fee Structure 

Starting October 3, 2024, Poshmark introduced a new fee structure that splits costs between the seller and the buyer. The previous 20% seller fee in the U.S. has been replaced with a 5.99% Seller Fee and a 5.99% Buyer Protection Fee. Additionally, a new '1-2-3' structure has been implemented, where both sellers and buyers will pay a flat fee of $1, $2, or $3, depending on the item or bundle sale price.
