Inventory management is essential, especially for multi-platform resellers who need to know what they have, where it is listed, and all the numbers, costs, and information for book-keeping and tax preparation.
Inventory management can be overwhelming, but Vendoo makes it simple with a user-friendly interface, customizable settings, search and sort options, and advanced filters for inventory management.
With Vendoo, you can search, sort, and filter your inventory in many ways, including by status, title, SKU, price, alphabetically, platform(s) listed, platforms not listed, date created, date modified, stalest, and even by custom labels that you assign to items!
Vendoo’s Advanced Inventory Filters enable users to filter inventory in many different ways to enhance your inventory management and organization.
The advanced filters include date-specific filters, which allow you to organize inventory by the date(s) in which actions were performed, and other advanced filters that enable users to sort for duplicates and import origin.
These tools enable users to sort with more concentrated filters to enhance your management capabilities and workflow. Check out how it works:
You will find Advanced Filters under the inventory search bar. Then, you can select which advanced filter(s) you would like to sort your inventory by:
Remember: You can combine these advanced filters with the other Vendoo inventory management filters including the search bar, item status, marketplace(s) listed, Vendoo custom labels, and the sorting options.
The Date Sold filter allows you to organize by the date or date range that your listing(s) sold.
Similarly, the Date Created filter allows you to organize inventory by the date that the listing was created in Vendoo.
The Last Modified Date filter enables users to organize inventory by the specific date that listings were modified in Vendoo.
With this filter, users can organize inventory by when it was last listed (including when it was delisted and relisted with Vendoo).
For the date-specific advanced inventory filters, you can select any specific date or a date range:
These filters offer enhanced inventory management, making it easier than ever to organize your inventory and simplifying reseller book-keeping and tax preparation.
The other advanced inventory filters allow users to segment inventory by specific characteristics:
When you sort your inventory by duplicates, Vendoo will search for duplicate items in your inventory:
The import origin filter enables users to search for inventory by import origin, or the marketplace from which an item(s) was imported.
First, you select “import origin,” then, you can select a marketplace to yield the items imported from that marketplace:
Of course, you can also select Vendoo to yield listings that were created right in Vendoo!
The new advanced filters for inventory allow for more efficient inventory management and organization. They can be used simultaneously to segment your inventory by multiple search criteria:
